These Terms of Service govern your use of PillCare Reminder, provided by PillCare Technologies Pvt. Ltd. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. About PillCare Reminder
PillCare Reminder is a medication reminder and health organisation tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always follow the advice of your doctor or pharmacist.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use PillCare Reminder. If you are under 18, you should use the app with parental guidance. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Account and access
Access to PillCare Reminder requires a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials with others. Notify us immediately at support@pillcare.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code
- Interfere with or disrupt the app's servers or infrastructure
- Use automated tools to access or scrape data from the app
- Impersonate another person or entity
5. Health disclaimer
PillCare Reminder is a reminder tool only. It does not replace professional medical advice. We are not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from missed doses, incorrect medication information, or reliance on the app's features. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
6. Data and privacy
Our collection and use of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using PillCare Reminder, you consent to the practices described there.
7. Intellectual property
All content, features, and functionality of PillCare Reminder — including its design, text, graphics, and code — are owned by PillCare Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to PillCare Reminder at any time if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting support@pillcare.in.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PillCare Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
