• Caregiver or family-sharing details if you choose to invite or notify someone.

• Support messages you send to us, including any contact information you include.

How we use information

• To provide medication reminders, schedules, refill alerts, and dose tracking.
• To sync your account and preferences across your devices, if account sync is enabled.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect user data, including encrypted transmission where applicable. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data retention and deletion

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the app, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms. You can request account and data deletion through the app or through our public account deletion page.
