Account deletion
You can request deletion of your PillCare Reminder account and associated app data from inside the app or from this page.

- In the app, open Profile or Settings.
- Select Account.
- Choose Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.
If you cannot access the app, email us from your registered email address at support@pillcare.in with the subject “Delete PillCare Reminder account”.
What gets deleted
- Your app account profile.
- Medication schedules, reminder preferences, refill notes, and adherence history associated with your account.
- Caregiver sharing connections associated with your account.
What may be retained
Some limited records may be retained when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup integrity. Where retained, this information is kept only for as long as necessary for those purposes.
Processing time
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days after verifying the request. Backup copies may take additional time to expire from routine backup systems.
