Delete your account
You can delete your PillCare Reminder account and all associated data at any time, either from inside the app or by contacting us directly.
Delete from the app
- Open PillCare Reminder
- Go to My Profile
- Tap Account
- Tap Delete account
- Confirm when prompted
Delete by email
If you cannot access the app, send an email to support@pillcare.in from your registered email address with the subject line: Delete PillCare account. We will process your request within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile — name, email, gender, birth year, location
- All medications and schedules you created
- Your complete dose history and adherence records
- Caregiver connections and contact details
- Appointment records
- All analytics and usage data
What may be retained temporarily
Some records may be retained for a limited period when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution. These are deleted as soon as they are no longer required.
Processing time
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days of verification. Backup copies may take additional time to expire from routine backup systems.
